Listed building repair or refurbishment is often problematic. We have spent 30 years working with Architects, clients, Local Authorities, Listed Building Officers, National Heritage and The National Trust. We manage all aspects that arise when working on listed buildings. It all starts with a competent survey, building surveyors, architects generally restrict their surveys to fabric of the structure, with the emphasis on the detailed building works required, which although important is only part of the solution if a cost effective project is to be achieved.
