Flexiline is a unique...
seamless textile polyester tube, capable of going round 90° bends without any wrinkles. This liner follows any shape, it uses an epoxy matrix, which seals the liner to the pipe, a perfect waterproof joint every time. 100mm to 200mm diameters, long and short lengths. No shrinkage, a very stable quality product.
For economic repair...
of pipes which only have a short section of damage, the link pipe system is a high quality stainless steel patch liner that is placed in the defective area of pipe. Once activated the liner is expanded and adhered to the damaged section. It's fast, cost effective and strong. Mainly for pipes of 225-mm diameter and upwards, the system has the ability to repair lateral joints, it can also repair a section of pipe where a badly displaced joint is in danger of collapse with significant mis-alignment. The camera passes along the pipe to position the liner precisely and the resin is activated simple by exposing it to water. The system can therefore be used in a wet environment. Water glass resin can be used, this environmentally friendlier product is mainly for clean water applications
For small diameters & short runs...
Polyester resin based felt liners are used for diameters up to 600mm. Runs of up to 80m long for 100 & 150mm diameter, 50m runs for 225, 300mm diameters, and 30m long runs for the larger diameters. This liner is temperature sensitive in use and is limited to use in straight runs only. The liner is placed in the host pipe impregnated with resin. We use an air inversion chamber to inflate the liner into position and it is then left to cure. This system is suitable in many sewer refurbishment situations with wall thickness from 2mm to 9mm for structural applications. We use robotic lateral cutters to cut lateral joints; this liner does not adhere to the host pipe. Poly-carbonate resins fractionally shrink over time and therefore are not best suited for patch repairs.
