What We Do:
Unlike many Insurance Assessors who work on the claim "in-house" and then introduce their "pet" builders, who are not part of the "in-house" team, very often for a referral fee, CRB work on the claim AND carry out the work ALL "in-house". We do not use a repair network like many insurance companies where volumes and cheap prices paid by the insurers, often produces poor and inadequate work for the client.

Our claim service does not seek to reduce the value of the claim to the insurance company by using Loss Adjusters, who are paid soley by the insurance company to carry out their bidding, which in our experience is often to the detriment of the client making the claim. A Loss Adjustor will never overturn an insurance company decision, CRB will and does.
