Project Co-ordinator in our Colwall Office near Malvern in Worcestershire
The role involves:
- Being responsible for all information updates relating to individually owned projects
- Keeping project information up to date on our database
- Keeping the database up to date wirh scanned mandates, correspondence and technical information
- Keeping paper files and white boards updated on a daily basis
- Being responsible for chasing customers in "good time" for necessary mandates/insurance claim numbers
- Other liaison and administration tasks
The successful candidate must:
- Be computer literate including experience of Microsoft Office
- A knowledge of Sage would also be an advantage
- Be a good communicator with a good telephone manner
- Be capable of working on their own initative as well as being a good team player
